We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Shopee. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth execution of HR transactions.
  • Process and manage payroll invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business excellence through HR processes.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
