- Assist customers in finding the best solution for their application through product demonstrations and discussions on technology and business solutions.
- Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers at customer sites.
- Conduct detailed discussions on application requirements, process flows, product designs, installation considerations, and integration issues.
- Provide feedback to marketing on competitive strengths/weaknesses and product feature requests.
- Train customers on how to integrate Cognex products into their systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot customer applications and provide resolution recommendations.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for complete systems or components based on customer specifications.
