Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Ai Physiotherapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physiotherapist services and schedules to ensure patient satisfaction in the center or housecall.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations of patient complaints and conditions, providing consultation treatment based on assessment.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that ease pain, reduce discomfort, and achieve agreed-upon resolutions between patients and physiotherapists.
  • Manage patient complaints by providing clear explanations and guidance, documenting all interactions to maintain accurate records.
  • Revise scheduled treatment sessions as needed, proposing follow-up sessions based on patient capacity, responses, and capabilities.
  • Optimize daily schedules, accommodate changes, and meet patient demands while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Requirements
  • Must possess a Diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Applicants with manual therapy skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is required.
  • Able to work in Saujana Utama, Sungai Buloh, or Subang Star Avenue.
