  • Review method statements, specifications, and quality inspection checklists to ensure compliance with QMS.
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality management systems and procedures.
  • Liaise with local authorities, in-house, and external consultants independently for inspection and resolution of quality issues.
  • Ensure Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP) for various trades are carried out accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain records for abortive and variation works, discrepancies, and dimensional matters.
  • Ensure material and project specifications are met and construction of structural, architectural, and M&E elements are at the highest standard.
