We are seeking an Accounting and Reporting Professional to join our team at Store & Send Logistics Sdn Bhd.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing financial operations tasks, including accounts receivables, accounts payable, and cash-on-delivery sales receipts. They will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

The candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. They will also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform end-to-end Level 1 AR process, including verifying clients' pricing details and generating invoices
  2. Record AP invoices and perform reconciliation of delivery vendors' invoices
  3. Submit disputes on billing errors and investigate discrepancies
  4. Generate COD reports and perform reconciliation against delivery vendors' settlement report
  5. Record all COD sales and receipts into Xero and perform corresponding bank reconciliations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in accounting or related field
  • Proficient in Excel and Word, including ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
  • Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures, general accounting principles, regulatory standards (IFRS, MFRS, and/or SFRS), and compliance requirements
  • Good team player with strong communication skills
