Job Overview

This position involves working as a Backend Software Engineer using C#, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend components of warehouse management systems and warehouse control systems.

Your primary tasks will include collaboration with cross-functional teams, code review, ensuring code quality, and enforcing coding standards.

In addition, you will be tasked with optimizing system performance and scalability, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving them in a timely manner to ensure system reliability.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience with designing and implementing scalable and high-performance backend solutions
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in a technical leadership role is highly desirable
