We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing function in our Southeast Asia (SEA) organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing plans, leveraging both indirect and direct channels, to drive business growth in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SEA market and be well-established in the logistics industry. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence change across multiple locations and functions.

Key responsibilities include creating marketing plans in collaboration with local sales and service directors, delivering KPI-driven reporting projects, defining and monitoring local marketing budgets, and developing indirect channel marketing support activities. Additionally, they will plan, steer, and execute regional marketing campaigns, manage customer events, and partner with local digital and offline media.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. They should also possess a solid understanding of inbound marketing, digital campaigning, and social media marketing.
