About the Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  1. Driving optimal performance through evolving the FM Central Control Group Target Operating Model, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, and team coaching and management.
  2. Setting clear direction for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Overseeing production of Risk Publications on risk reporting and hygiene actions, ensuring the business and the Markets COO MT have full visibility of the risks.
  4. Running Control Monitoring to ensure robust, consistent, and sustainable assessment of controls are executed in line with ORF.
