  • Sales and Outlet Reconciliation: Conduct daily sales and outlet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across systems and customer records.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Ensure timely billing and issue invoices as required, addressing escalated billing queries and concerns.
  • Process Improvements and Compliance: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting functions.
  • Experience working with SAP or other major ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
