Your Role in the Network

Your work will involve enabling KDN to accelerate new ways of working, using cutting-edge technology and collaborating with member firms in nearly 150 countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team leadership: managing a cluster of professionals delivering compliance services for specific countries.
  • Client management: delivering strong client service through proactive communication and relationship-building.
  • Performance management: owning the team's performance to ensure accurate and effective indirect tax compliance services.
  • Training development: creating training plans for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • New client integration: ensuring seamless transition of new clients into the Centre.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience leading teams with indirect tax scope.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Tax-related functions with strong VAT exposure.
  • Expert knowledge of value-added tax (VAT) required.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to articulate problems and issues clearly to clients.
