Inventory Management

  • Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and optimize stock levels, minimizing discrepancies and waste
  • Implement efficient inventory systems and processes to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Brand Ambassador

  • Engage with VIP clients, new customers, and walk-in clients to deliver an exceptional experience and build strong relationships with the Chaumet brand
  • Manage events and activations in line with Chaumet guidelines, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism

Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance

  • Oversee the overall appearance and maintenance of the boutique, ensuring visual merchandising guidelines are followed and aligned with the Chaumet brand concept

Administrative Management

  • Oversee boutique operations, including invoicing, daily sales, reconciliation reports, management reports, and cash management
  • Implement and support all security procedures and measures to maintain a secure and organized working environment
  • Be responsible for banking, petty cash, and monthly reimbursement, ensuring accurate and timely processing

Culture and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven track record in retail operations at a managerial level. A minimum of 8 years' experience in the jewelry or high-end luxury retail industry is required. The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with a strong sales focus, exceptional customer service capabilities, and a creative problem-solving approach.
