Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Freight Procurement Specialist to join our team at ALLNEX. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our freight services and streamlining our logistics operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Optimize freight services to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Process incoming freight invoices and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Request airfreight quotations from forwarders and conduct monthly follow-ups on fuel surcharges.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external parties, including Logistics, Carriers, Sourcing, and Accounts Payable.
  • Generate insightful freight reports and participate in the automation of existing processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in freight invoice processing or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
