Singtel is looking for a Technical Leader VDI who can provide expert-level support and guidance on all aspects of our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platform.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire VDI lifecycle, from initial setup to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.

This includes:

  • Responding to critical monitoring alerts, including server alerts and system outages.
  • Change management - preparing roadmaps, executing Request for Change.
  • End-to-end support for Citrix, VDI, and handling problem tickets to identify root causes.
  • Assigning service requests and tasks via ServiceNow ticketing tool.
  • Generating internal knowledge base articles and issue resolution scripts.
  • Maintaining Level 1 troubleshooting workflows.
  • Performing server maintenance and operational procedures.
