About Your Role as Technical Solutions Expert

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and work on cutting-edge projects that drive innovation and growth. As our ideal candidate, you will have extensive knowledge of automation technologies, including cobot arms, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and related systems such as Automated Stockers, E-racks, and SLAM Vision for AMHS factory solutions.

You will also be working closely with our R&D teams to develop tailored solutions that meet our customers' requirements. Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, and communication are key to your success in this role.

Some of the responsibilities you can expect include:

  • Collaborating with customers to develop customized solutions using automation technologies.
  • Working closely with R&D teams to tackle technical challenges and implement effective value messaging.
  • Leading proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of robotic solutions.
  • Providing guidance and support to customers and internal staff while ensuring timely and accurate communication of relevant technical information.
