About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently, utilizing proactive notification systems and effective communication with end-users.
  • Analyze complex installations or configurations to provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Evaluate customer entitlement and provide suitable solutions for current and discontinued products.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-2 years' experience in relevant technologies and customer environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
