Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in project management or similar function and minimum 15 years' experience in project management with proven leadership experience in setting up a team.

They will have experience and knowledge of all main project management concepts, tools and techniques, as well as experience in managing contractors in pre and post contract stages and managing tendering process.

The successful candidate will also have experience of leading project management commissions for medium to large sized general construction projects of medium to large complexity, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, and working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office suite of products.

Fluent in spoken and written English is essential for this role.
