Role Summary

The Operational Risk Analyst - Financial Institution will play a critical role in ensuring the Bank's compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational loss event data and key risk indicators, as well as preparing risk reports.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze data from business/support units, prepare, and submit event reports and key risk indicators to regulators within designated timelines.
  • Collaborate with business/support units for information gathering of loss events until closure and attend to regulator/management/audit-related operational loss events and key risk indicators.
Operational Risk Management Best Practices:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices in operational risk management.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance risk awareness and promote a culture of risk management within the organization.
  • Establish ORMIS system governance and ensure the overall applicability and accessibility of the system.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Banking & Finance or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years' work experience and above, preferably from the financial industry.
  • Possess knowledge and experience in Operational Risk Management and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk management-related certification is preferred.
