In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate exceptional technical knowledge and professionalism at all times when interacting with international legal authorities, law firms, and relevant third parties within a stipulated timeframe.

About This Opportunity:

You will be responsible for attending to inquiries from legal authorities and representatives from around the world while maintaining a high-quality service level.

Liaising with internal stakeholders such as compliance, risk, and customer service teams is also crucial to ensure all queries are dealt with professionally and escalated where necessary.

Maintaining a working knowledge of company products is essential to effectively communicate with external stakeholders.

Creating and maintaining strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders is vital to our success.

  1. Attend to inquiries from legal authorities and representatives from around the world while maintaining a high-quality service level.
  2. Liaise with internal stakeholders such as compliance, risk, and customer service teams to ensure all queries are dealt with professionally and escalated where necessary.
  3. Maintain a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with external stakeholders.
  4. Create and maintain strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
  5. Evaluate and escalate any queries or unresolved issues to supervisors as advised by operations management.
Requirements:
  1. A degree in law, compliance, or a related field demonstrating critical thinking skills.
  2. Experience in a legal-related role or customer service position.
  3. Excellent communication and writing skills, along with attention to detail.
  4. Fluency in English and another major foreign language such as Mandarin or Spanish.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  7. Strong people skills: able to navigate difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
  8. Solutions-oriented mindset: passionate about finding the right solution and resolving issues.
  9. Excellent time management: ability to multitask and solve issues while managing time effectively.
  10. Quick learner: ability to ramp up quickly and act on feedback constructively.
  11. Willingness to work on a rotational shift to support 24x7 operations.
