About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage operational functions and develop effective processes to support transaction processing and administrative activities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Design and implement operating standards and principles across all operational functions.
  • Develop a cost-effective and appropriate operating model, including value-adding key performance indicators, business metrics, and external benchmarking data.
  • Ensure objectives and priorities are aligned with the organization's vision, objectives, and priorities.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for operational leaders and business stakeholders, participating in leadership team meetings to provide specialist guidance and support.
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in bancassurance administration, banking operations, or a similar role in the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and banking products, especially in the bancassurance space.
