Job Description

The Sales Enablement Specialist, Industrial will lead the development of strategies, tools, and processes necessary for our sales team to succeed in the industrial market.

This role is key to the organization as they will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies and channel-specific content, campaigns, and programs to drive awareness, education, preference, and intent for assigned products and aftermarket services.

The successful candidate will provide sales teams and channel partners with sales-qualified leads and approaches to effectively engage, identify value, and close new deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Program Strategy: Design, deploy, and manage targeted promotional campaigns or programs aimed at improving performance in end-markets and/or channel partner behavior and attainment.
  • NPD Commercialization Owner: Develop and execute against detailed launch plans, whilst working in close collaboration with marketing, product management, and engineering to ensure sales effectiveness, adoption, and excitement for new products and solutions offerings.
  • NPD Pipeline: Stay informed on new technology and application trends within the market. Recognize accretive business opportunities and make recommendations to the business on new products or services.
  • Product Support Leadership: Utilize technical and commercial expertise to support product configuration, quotations, and securing orders for new projects aligned with company margin expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or business with equivalent experience in technical sales and 3-5 years of experience in the industrial segment.
  • Business acumen and a passion for working with sales teams to deliver a frictionless customer experience that results in business growth.
  • A change agent with a passion for continuous improvement and enhancing sales effectiveness through the development of sales enablement tools.
