Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Fund Services Associate to join our team in Malaysia. As an Associate, Fund Services, you'll be responsible for the accounting and administration of private equity real estate funds and investment holding entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting and administration of private equity real estate funds and investment holding entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to their requests and needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
Requirements:
- A minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Private Equity/Real Estate or prior Fund Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Degree in accountancy (CPA/ACCA/ACA) or finance or equivalent.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in EXCEL and MS Word, with a strong working knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP.
