About the Job

We are seeking a Banking Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Experience, Insights and Development (CXID) team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that enhances the overall user experience across our internal and external platforms.

Your primary focus will be on Straight2Bank, our banking platform for corporate clients. You will work closely with product teams and UX designers to develop content that is consistent, clear, and concise. Your expertise in information architecture and nomenclature will ensure that our content is structured in an intuitive manner, making it easier for users to navigate our platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create high-quality content that meets business and technical requirements
  2. Collaborate with UX designers and product owners to gather business and technical requirements related to content design and strategy
  3. Provide content design recommendations based on content inventories, current-state analysis, content audits, competitive assessments, user testing, and website metrics
  4. Gather content requirements through analysis, content inventories, and audits, and form gaps and issues analysis for future-state recommendations
  5. Develop style guides and understand how to use them
  6. Analyse data from content management systems, metadata, and taxonomy management tools, migration tools, and analytics tools
  7. Create and review information architecture and nomenclature for the most intuitive structuring of content
  8. Work with senior content strategists to create a client-focused content strategy roadmap
  9. Plan, estimate, and scope UX writing work, and track progress with operations
  10. Drive and manage change resulting from new content solutions, such as production and governance changes within an organisation
  11. Liaise with stakeholders, including extensive contact with diverse client groups, including Product, Marketing, Business, Legal & Compliance teams
