  • Design, develop, and maintain Terraform modules to automate the deployment of 400+ sites in Akamai
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and security
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows
  • Configure and optimize Akamai services such as EdgeWorkers, Property Manager, and Global Traffic Management (GTM)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (networking, security, and application teams) to integrate Akamai solutions efficiently
  • Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud/CDN automation

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Strong experience with Akamai CDN technologies, including Property Manager, EdgeWorkers, and GTM
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles, DNS, and web performance optimization
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment issues and optimize performance
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
