About the Role

The Group FP&A team plays a critical role in supporting the business growth agenda by providing timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with the EPM team and other key stakeholders to set the benchmark for financial reporting and analysis. Reporting to the Group FP&A Manager, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside the Corporate and Group leadership teams in delivering against our ambitious growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Functional Cost Owners to ensure they have a deep understanding of their cost performance and associated variances to prior year and budget.
  • Establish and maintain governance and meeting cadence with Functional Cost Owners to review cost performance and drive actions to deliver to plan.
  • Validate and report on functional costs, manage month-end accounting, and ensure accurate accruals and prepayments are in place where necessary.
  • Prepare and issue a suite of standard FP&A monthly reports summarizing key insights and observations.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for enquiries requiring root cause analysis and rectification for designated Functions.
  • Prepare the Corporate Division element of the Annual Budget, ensuring function owners are fully aligned to plan and relevant Regional Business Units are aware and aligned to Budgeted allocations.
  • Consolidate cost performance and associated commentary into a Global functional view as part of the cost bridge presentation.
  • Provide timely analysis of key business performance indicators across our business, bringing understanding and insight to variances.
  • Support projects related to Functional Cost Digitalization as required.
  • Support ongoing projects as required.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality, and applies feedback to improve performance.
  • Knowledge of SAP, AFO, and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
