Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in system enhancements, process improvements, and digital projects, collaborating with superiors and IT teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Review and recommend measures to enhance existing processes and systems, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform data analysis and present findings to support business decision-making, driving strategic growth and improvement.
  • Establish and update guidelines, working instructions, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support the processing of batch processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
