Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Test Lead to join our team at PPG Industries (UK) Limited.
About the Role:
The Regional Test Lead will be responsible for coordinating integration and user testing within the testing tool, working closely with our SAP COE to ensure timely execution of testing cycles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system implementation testing, preferably on a global scale. They will also possess excellent communication skills and experience working in international and multicultural environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Team Communication: Facilitate status reporting for integration and user testing, ensuring project health, risk, and issue mitigation.
- Testing Tool Readiness: Coordinate testing tool setup with the PPG SAP COE for all cycles of SIT and UAT.
- Training and Support: Produce and coordinate training for the testing tool to global teams across the program.
- Day-to-Day Guidance: Provide guidance and support to local teams on testing process execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, engineering, or information technology.
- 3 to 5 years of validated experience in participating or leading an ERP implementation testing phase.
- Previous system implementation experience on a global scale is preferred.
- Multiple years of experience working on large and global-scale projects in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, other languages are welcome.
- Experience in SAP Solution Manager is preferred.
