Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting Expert to join our team. As an Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting Expert, you will be responsible for the design, maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of equipment used in manufacturing, production, or other operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve site factory KPIs, including OEE, yield, productivity (ppH), and cost-efficiency targets by implementing effective maintenance strategies and procedures.
  • Fulfill site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) objectives through regular equipment inspections and proactive maintenance.
  • Drive improvements in machine performance stability by identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee tooling maintenance, optimize inventory tracking, and enhance design innovations to support business growth.
  • Contribute to the transformation toward Industry 4.0 by integrating new technologies and automation systems.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical field is required. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting equipment and machines is preferred. Effective coordination and communication skills are essential.

Requirements
  • Intermediate knowledge in electrical wiring, PLC system, control system, pneumatics system, actuators, sensors, and their working principles.
