Role Description
The Strategic Projects Recruiter delivers tailored recruitment solutions for both clients and candidates. This role involves developing strategies to attract top talent, screening candidates, and matching them with suitable positions. A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with clients, enabling swift placements, and ensuring successful delivery on high-volume projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies, aligning with regional business objectives to maximize organisational efficiency.
- Deliver a range of contract and direct hire recruitment offerings to Airswift's global and regional clients.
- Manage complex client and candidate scenarios by addressing issues or delegating them to internal departments as needed.
- Lead by example, showcasing a strong work ethic and understanding of the business.
- Analyse performance data to improve processes, increase return on investment, and drive business growth.
- Prepare for internal and client meetings, participating in conversations and driving results.
- Align with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with management across recruitment, sales, and account management to drive the company's sales strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment, representing Airswift professionally and with integrity at all times.
- Maintain best practice use of the Candidate Management System.

- Able to identify and secure sales opportunities across services.

- Extensive knowledge of the market.
- Demonstrable problem-solving and negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for customers and the business.
