Nirvana Asia is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Executive to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll administration, compensation, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll administration, focusing on timely and accurate processing of wages payments to employees.
  • Facilitate monthly payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, Tabung Haji, Zakat, and PTPTN in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Monitor daily attendance of employees based on duty roster and report variance to related department manager and HR personnel.
  • Design, implement, administer, and communicate compensation and benefits programs to meet business performance requirements.
  • Ensure consistent compensation and benefit practices across Business Units.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Preferably 1 year of HR-related experience with exposure to payroll and compensation & benefits functions in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Knowledge in employment laws (Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relation Act 1967), Microsoft Office, good consultancy skills.
  • Language: Effectively bilingual in English and Malay with superior communication and customer service skills.
