Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial and management reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain assigned systems and processes in good working order.
  • Identify and recommend system improvements to ensure timely, relevant, and accurate financial accounting information.
  • Ensure the integrity of monthly financial statements by conducting detailed account reconciliation and variance analysis.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, MIA, ACCA, CIMA or its equivalent.
  • Practical knowledge of country and IFRS Accounting requirements.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized accounting software; knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
  • Able to meet stringent reporting deadlines and handle corporate reporting and statutory reporting responsibilities.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An independent person with a high degree of maturity, integrity, and initiative.
  • Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
  • Good command of any other Asian language would be an advantage.
