We are seeking a talented legal counsel to join our corporate practice in Klang.

Job Highlights:

The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and knowledge in conveyancing and corporate law.

Responsibilities include assisting the partner-in-charge with corporate commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.

The candidate will also assist with corporate banking related works, such as construction financing, project financing, and financing of real property acquisition.

Additionally, they will handle banking loan documentation, sub-sale, SPA, and other conveyancing matters.

The ideal candidate will have a valid practicing certificate, experience in relevant field preferred but not essential, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
