We seek an accomplished Account Receivable Specialist to support our team in Shah Alam (UOA Business Park).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of sales recognition, cash application, and bank draft-related transactions.
  • Oversee the issuance of VAT invoices and conduct monthly sales VAT reconciliations.
  • Generate regular AR reports and perform Fapiao management in accordance with tax requirements.
  • Verify VAT and manage AR overdues.
  • Reconcile AR-related sub-ledgers.
  • Produce PBC lists for AR sub-ledger parts in response to audit requests.
  • Regularly reconcile AR statements with suppliers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong communication skills; multilingual proficiency advantageous.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Willingsness to work in UOA Business Park, Shah Alam.
