Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights on actual performance, forecasts, and budget.
  • Collaborate with IT and client-fronting teams to enhance the functionality and reporting capabilities of CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze actual performance, forecasts, and budget.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy within CRM and other systems related to FP&A.
Requirements
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a financial analyst, controller or other Finance-related roles.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Power BI.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
