The successful candidate will have experience in analyzing and designing system requirements, creating RAML or OpenAPI specifications as API contracts for development, and deploying APIs to Cloudhub, Runtime Fabric, On-prem workers, etc.

**Job Description**

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with API endpoints and integrations.
  • Monitoring: Ensuring API management platforms operate at optimal performance.
  • Maintenance: Upgrading and updating API configurations to meet changing business requirements.
  • Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in API management platforms or similar integration platforms.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing RESTful or GraphQL APIs with JSON or XML for systems integration.
  • Hands-on experience in programming and scripting using Unix, Batch, Ruby, and Python.
