Assistant Manager, Human Resources

The role of Assistant Manager, Human Resources at Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd is to provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Planning & Staffing: Coordinate recruitment processes, manage on-boarding for new employees, and conduct employee induction sessions.
  • Employee Relations: Ensure HR policies are communicated effectively to all employees, handle employee grievances, and advise management on resolving labor disputes.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with training providers to address employee training needs, facilitate performance management procedures, and develop talent within the organization.
  • Payroll and HR Administration: Manage payroll processing, administer employee benefits, maintain accurate personnel records, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Laws, and Grievance Procedures.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
