Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management program that ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
- Develop and implement a risk management framework that includes policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement and maintain risk mitigation controls, including incident response plans and business continuity planning.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure risk management requirements are integrated into their processes and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a leadership role.
- A strong understanding of risk management frameworks, such as COSO and ISO 31000.
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
