About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Credit Control Specialist to join our team at Ean Label Industry Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any billing or payment-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection, address any payment delays, and appropriately escalate overdue accounts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
