Key Responsibilities
- Providing top-notch customer service through voice and non-voice channels, ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Balancing customer requirements with business objectives, showcasing your skills in sales and marketing techniques.
- Articulating and presenting information about our products, while managing high inquiry volumes professionally.
- Taking ownership of individual KPIs and contributing to team goals, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity standards by safeguarding customer information at all times.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum diploma qualification, demonstrating fundamental knowledge and skills.
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English (C1), enabling effective communication with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service and the financial industry is highly desirable.
- Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia to round out your communication abilities.
