SAP Project Manager (Mandarin & SAP Logistics)Job Description:

People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a global consulting firm for an experienced SAP Project Manager (SAP Logistics & SAP implementation), based in KL, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete SAP projects and programs, such as rollout operations in the Asia-Pacific area and greenfield deployments.
  • Help the team at the business process and functional levels as needed.
  • Encourage the growth of current clients and assist in acquiring new ones, participating in pre-sales efforts with the help of the functional and technical teams.
  • Help the regional management team create and implement new plans that will accelerate the region's growth.
  • Provide career guidance and leadership to team members.
  • Requires at least one year of prior consulting experience implementing SAP modules.

Requirements:

  • At least eight years of experience working in a SAP environment, preferably as a consultant with a solid technical or functional background.
  • Several years of expertise managing SAP projects.
  • Deep knowledge of the SAP market combined with demonstrated pre-sales skills based on a wide-ranging professional network in the area.
  • A degree in business, information technology, computer science, or any other relevant field.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin or Traditional Chinese, as well as English, both written and spoken.
  • Process and knowledge of one or more SAP modules.
  • Skilled in analysis and problem-solving, driven to further your own abilities.
  • Dedicated to project management; outgoing and articulate; willing to assist with our pre-sales and sales cycle.
  • Ready to assume leadership roles and make decisions.
  • Passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork.
  • Able to lead a small team, with strong social and communication skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing SAP projects, with a strong understanding of the SAP market and pre-sales skills.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical or functional background, with a minimum of eight years of experience working in a SAP environment. They will be proficient in both Mandarin or Traditional Chinese, as well as English, both written and spoken.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to provide career guidance and leadership to team members, and will be dedicated to project management.
