About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team at KL Wellness City, a pioneering force in the medical and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Lead Development: Develop and expand sales leads to consolidate the sales funnel for sales quote fulfillment.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to develop unique product differentiators.
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Organize and implement monthly marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities to optimize results.
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate all above-the-line and below-the-line activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Public Relations: Handle PR and communications plans to maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:

  • Experience in CRM and CMS is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in property and/or healthcare-related marketing campaigns is an added advantage.
  • Possess a minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experience in selling property and/or pharmaceutical and medical related products.
  • Strong understanding of property and/or pharmaceutical and medical related products market intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Fluent communication and writing skills in various languages.
  • Result-driven, dynamic, and strong achievement motivation.
  • High integrity, target-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work in Bukit Jalil.
