Join Our Team
We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of our innovative products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive quality excellence throughout our supply chain.

Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Designing and maintaining supplier quality management systems per policies and procedures.
  • Providing quality guidance to other departments.
  • Performing supplier qualification audits, monitoring performance, providing metrics, and managing corrective actions.
  • Chairing the Supplier Review Committee (SRC) to ensure transparency and cross-functional communication.
  • Establishing and maintaining the Supplier Audit Schedule and ensuring compliance.
  • Supporting design teams by assisting with design inputs, component/process design, and verification.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in a technical discipline. A minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience is also required. Proficiency in computer skills, such as Microsoft Office and Oracle, is essential.
