About the Role:

This position requires a highly skilled ServiceNow administrator to design, implement, and maintain our IT service management (ITSM) solution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, principles, and processes, with proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, business rules, and scripting.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement ServiceNow configurations to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  2. Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies to optimize IT service delivery.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, drive process improvements, and ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  4. Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow configurations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer, business expert, or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, principles, and processes.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, business rules, and scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server setup.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST API.
  • Understanding of Automated Test Framework (ATF) and deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence).
  • Ability to work in agile environments and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Logical and analytical thinking, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Arrangements:
