The ideal candidate will have 8 years of progressive experience in social media management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A strong understanding of social media analytics, tools (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), and trends is essential.

We are looking for someone who can manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment. Experience in higher education or mission-driven organizations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives and marketing initiatives.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor and manage our social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns that support student recruitment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, leveraging insights to optimize content and strategy.
