  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse workflows. Collaborate with the 3PL provider to improve service levels and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations, preferably with experience managing 3PL relationships.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Proficient in using logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors.
