**Job Overview:**

The GIIB Group seeks a highly skilled Account Executive to join their team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for handling a full set of accounts and performing month-end closing in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.

  2. Prepare monthly journals, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset listings.

  3. Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed up and well-maintained.

  4. Liaise with interdepartmental personnel, tax agents, auditors, bankers, company secretaries, and other regulatory bodies.

  5. Bank facilities application and monitoring.

  6. Manage multiple accounts.

  7. Involvement in day-to-day accounting and treasury operations.

  8. Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignments.

  9. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably with a manufacturing company.

  3. Knowledge of SAP Accounting Software is an advantage.

  4. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

  5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines.

  6. Must have good interpersonal skills and teamwork coordination.

  7. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Added advantage if able to speak in other languages).
