In close cooperation with our customers, Bruker is driving innovation and customer success in various fields such as life science molecular and cell biology research, applied and pharma applications, microscopy and nanoanalysis, and industrial applications.

We are looking for a dynamic Accountant to oversee the finance and accounting function on general accounting duties, maintaining complete sets of financial records, keeping track of accounts, and verifying the accuracy of procedures used for recording financial transactions, supporting SOX, Stat & Other audits. This position will support the Singapore Financial Controller on an operational level.

Responsibilities:
  • Owns the general ledgers for Bruker Singapore Pte Ltd, being a regional hub structure.
  • Supports the Singapore Financial Controller on local financial, statutory, and regulatory matters and active management of Accounts Payable team.
  • Manages all areas of Singapore financial support including but not limited to: financial reporting, accounting; business analysis; treasury and taxation; and capital budgeting.
  • Proactively drives process improvement to improve the quality and productivity of Bruker Singapore finance team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the full set of accounting/auditing, preferably in the commercial industry.
  • Advanced experience in MS Excel and SAP/S4 Hana will be an added advantage.
