Talent Acquisition and Development Strategy:

This role plays a key part in our efforts to build a high-performing Asia Pacific HR Manufacturing & Supply Chain team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building capability, succession planning, and performance-driven reward within the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that effectively achieve business results in a dynamic environment.
  • Build a culture of 'Pay for Performance' driven by clear objectives and measurements.

Requirements:
