About the Role
We are seeking a Trade Finance Process Analyst to join our team in Malaysia-Pulau Pinang. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing transaction processing duties as instructed by team management, working with the team to deliver superior customer service, and ensuring awareness and compliance of trade finance's rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform transaction processing duties in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational performance goals.
- Maintain awareness and compliance of trade finance's rules and regulations.
- Provide technical support to Relationship Managers on trade finance related matters.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis and technical expertise.
- Assist team management in guiding and supporting other team members.
- Support the roll-out of quality management systems and other initiatives.
- Exercise due care and diligence in day-to-day operational matters relating to Trade Based Money Laundering and sanction compliance.
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, quality-oriented, and service-minded individual who can perform critical evaluation and provide effective solutions.
- Resourceful and able to work effectively under pressure as an individual and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage.
