Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at Malaysianbar.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of conveyancing laws and regulations in Malaysia, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for drafting Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreements and handling the file from beginning to completion. You will also prepare banking sub documentation, liaise with clients and government authorities, and provide legal advice on all aspects of sale and purchase transactions.
