Job Description

The Assistant Key Account Manager – Hybrid will be responsible for executing sales strategies across various channels, enhancing outlet reach, SKU penetration, and usage. This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our sales targets.


Main Responsibilities
  • Execute culinary-driven solution selling to increase outlet reach, SKU penetration, and usage in key operator groups.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the HORECA sector.
  • In the General Trade and Cash and Carry Channel, execute the four trade priorities: distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.

Required Experience
  • Relevant experience in field sales/key account management, preferably with FMCG and/or Food Service background.
  • Good understanding of the Malaysia Food Service industry.
